Departmental Design: Differentiated uniform styles are designed based on the functional needs of different departments within the hospital. For example, simple and clean styles can be used in high-intensity work areas such as operating rooms and emergency departments; softer and more approachable designs can be chosen for areas like pediatrics and outpatient clinics.

Color Differentiation: Functional areas are differentiated through interior or overall color schemes. For instance, surgeons' uniforms may use dark colors (such as dark blue or navy blue) to convey a sense of stability, nurses' uniforms can use light colors (such as pink or light blue) to convey a sense of gentleness, and administrative or support staff uniforms can choose neutral colors (such as gray or beige).

Breaking with Tradition: In recent years, hospitals have gradually abandoned the rigid image of white coats, introducing a simple and refreshing style, and even adopting fashionable printed designs, which not only enhances the image of medical staff but also creates a warmer medical environment for patients.
