Employees collect soiled uniforms from their departments and deliver them to the laundry room.
The laundry room repairs and mends uniforms with missing buttons or tears.
Each department's uniform delivery personnel conduct a handover and count-up with the laundry room.
Uniforms are then categorized and processed according to their washing method.
Before washing, pre-stain removal treatment should be performed, followed by dry cleaning or hand washing or machine washing depending on the fabric characteristics.
After washing, uniforms are tumble dried or air-dried depending on the fabric.
Before ironing, uniforms should be inspected. Any unclean uniforms should be re-treated. After ironing, the ironing quality should be checked.
If there are any problems, the uniforms should be ironed or washed again. At the same time, the overall condition of the uniforms should be checked, including whether buttons, hooks, zippers, etc., are intact. Damaged uniforms should be selected and given to the mending staff for repair.
Finally, the count is checked, and the uniforms are retrieved by the respective department personnel.
